Floreo Baby Hub Limited is the controller for personal information it receives through this website. The public company and contact details shown on this page are the details to use for privacy questions or requests.

This website is for adults looking for pregnancy and baby information. Please do not send a child's personal information, medical records or other sensitive health details through the public contact address.

Information the website may handle

Contact messages: your email address, message and any other information you choose to include.
Newsletter signup: your email address and evidence of the signup choice, but only if a reviewed newsletter service is enabled and you submit the form.
Basic technical records: a hosting or security provider may process an IP address, browser details, requested page, timestamp and error information to deliver and protect the website.
On-device saved items: public catalogue IDs are kept in your browser local storage. Floreo does not receive the saved list.
Audience measurement: Vercel Web Analytics receives the page path after Floreo removes the full query string, plus the referring website and limited technical context such as browser, device type and approximate location. It does not use analytics cookies. Raw search wording, email addresses and advertising click IDs are excluded. Selected custom events contain only broad public catalogue or action fields; campaign measurement accepts only controlled source and campaign labels.
Performance measurement: Vercel Speed Insights receives Core Web Vitals such as loading, interaction and layout-stability measurements, limited device and connection context, and the page path after Floreo removes the full query string. Raw search wording, email addresses and advertising click IDs are excluded.

Why we use information and our lawful bases

To answer a message and manage a request: our legitimate interests in communicating with visitors and operating the service.
To deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website: our legitimate interests in providing a reliable and safe service.
To understand aggregate visits, page performance and whether public content is useful: our legitimate interests in improving and responsibly promoting the service, balanced by using privacy-limited measurement, removing query strings and limiting custom-event fields.
To send a requested marketing newsletter: consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe method in each message or by contacting us.
To keep records required by law or respond to legal claims: legal obligation or our legitimate interests, depending on the record and reason.

Local storage, players and external websites

Saving a video or product stores only its public catalogue ID in this browser. You can remove saved items in the site, clear the site data in your browser, or use a private browsing session. This storage is used only to provide the saved-list feature.

Vercel Web Analytics is active for aggregate audience measurement. It does not place analytics cookies or store an analytics identifier in your browser. Floreo removes query strings before page views are sent and sends only selected, limited engagement events. Vercel creates a request-derived visitor hash that changes daily rather than a persistent visitor profile.

Vercel Speed Insights is active for aggregate page-performance measurement. Floreo removes query strings from both the page address and route before performance events are sent, so search wording, email addresses and advertising click IDs are excluded.

Social-video preview pictures may be delivered by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or their image-delivery providers as the relevant card comes into view. The image request may reveal ordinary technical information such as an IP address and browser details, but Floreo instructs the browser not to send the address of the Floreo page as the referrer. No social player is loaded by a preview picture alone.

YouTube, TikTok or Instagram players stay unloaded until you choose to load a player. If you do, that provider may receive technical information and use cookies or similar storage under its own policy. You can follow the direct platform link instead. Manufacturer and guidance links also lead to separate organisations that control their own websites.

Who receives information and international transfers

Personal information is shared only where needed with service providers that host, secure or support the website, handle an enabled newsletter, or help answer a request. Vercel hosts the website and processes Web Analytics and Speed Insights for Floreo. We do not sell a visitor list. A relevant provider may process information outside the UK; Floreo reviews its contract, location and appropriate transfer safeguard.

Loading an external social player or following an external link sends information directly to that separate provider. Review its privacy notice before choosing that route.

How long information is kept

Contact messages are kept only while the question, correction or dispute is being handled, and longer only where a legal or accounting record is required.
Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. A minimal suppression record may then be kept so the address is not contacted again.
Hosting, security and error records are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed to keep the service secure, investigate faults or meet a legal requirement.
Vercel discards the request-derived Web Analytics visitor hash after 24 hours. Aggregate page-view and custom-event reports are retained for the reporting period available to Floreo and removed in line with the service account and provider terms.
Saved-item IDs remain in your browser until you remove them or clear the site's local storage.

Your information rights

Depending on the information and lawful basis, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or withdraw consent. You may also object to certain uses. These rights are not absolute in every circumstance. Contact us to make a request; we may need enough information to confirm identity before disclosing personal information.

You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time. Floreo will stop that marketing when you object or unsubscribe.
